I love their grilled chicken sandwich but the past two times I've ordered I didn't get what I asked for on it... I ordered tonight July 6, 2022 I asked for American cheese, grilled onions, mayonnaise, mustard and hot peppers... I was charged for cheese but didn't get a slice on my sandwich. And I heard the cashier tell the cook twice to add cheese. I ordered last week the same way but they forgot the onions... Not realizing both times until I got home. And of course they are closed now because it's after 9:30pm. I will be calling in the morning. I need for them to pay attention. Here it is two years later and the same thing happened today August 8, 2024. I paid for cheese and didn't get any...
Pete's has been a fixture since the early 1980s, and their food has consistently been delicious! Pete himself is usually behind the counter, taking orders and serving the meals. I highly recommend the hot dog combo and the gyros. Even during busy times, the service remains excellent! Thank you for 40 years of great meals, Pete!
The homemade Italian Beef and Grecian chicken are absolutely amazing! The hotdogs and fries are also fantastic. They do answer the phone for pickup orders, but the service is incredibly quick, and everyone is really friendly!
Pete's Italian beef was at one point worth traveling for. Now it's just okay. Still good just not what it was. It's been messed up for about 2 years now. A new staff and a new recipe I guess
