However, our waitress was friendly and pleasant. She apologized for the wait and mentioned that they were unexpectedly busy for a Monday, but given that it was Columbus Day and a shopping area, this shouldn’t have been surprising. The drinks and soup were good, and we found the American Chinese food to be decent. We used a gift card that had been sitting unused for a while, which is why we chose this place. However, I don’t think we would return unless we found ourselves in a similar situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

At check-in, they couldn’t find my reservation at first, and the response I received was quite rude. So, we decided to eat at the bar instead. Leon, the bartender, was fantastic! He was very friendly and efficient. However, my dish, the Buddha-Fest, had snowbows that were so tough they were inedible. I’ve had this dish before, and this time the flavor was definitely lacking.

Service from th kitchen was extremely slow. waited at least 20 minutes for little potstickers and another good 20 for our entrees I ordered Shrimp in Lobster sauce which I did not taste Lobster saus=ce but rather a pork flavoring. Lets back up. Out table was dirty Had to have it cleaned off) and the menus were sticky. Only thing nice was our server. Sorry to rant !!!

Food was absolutely horrific. The mongolian beef was inedible and like eating leather. Both of us could barely chew the meat. Additionally the potstickers we ordered were very greasy.... also inedible. Very surprising for PF Changs. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was as expected, generally pretty god, changed lettuce wrap not an improvement as the once crispy rice noodles are now soggy and soft. while air conditioning is need it is just not necessary to freeze the place out.

The food is very tasty and the portions are more than adequate. Four people were able to share a bowl of soup and three entrees with plenty of food left over. The wait staff was excellent, knowledgable and friendly.

The manager is extremely rude—do not go there! The place is dirty, and the owner is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Take my advice and avoid this restaurant!
