This was our first time to eat at a PF Changs since moving to Hilton Head 3 years ago from Fairfax, VA. We were in the area and decided to see if the quality in food and service we were used to experiencing in VA transferred to SC. It has!!!! We had our usual Northern Style Ribs, Spring Rolls, Hot and Sour Soup and Chicken Lettuce wraps. They were all delicious. We think the service may have been even better. See if they will seat you in Ben’s area. He was a great waiter. There was very little noise but that might have been because we at an early dinner.
Our server was terrible. Myles had once spilled drinks on us last year, never rectified the situation didn’t even bring us napkins we had to ask for them. This last visit I had forgotten to request not to have him and we got him I was hoping that in a years time he would have improved. He was not at all attentive we had to keep asking for our items. Just not at all on top of it. He really shouldn’t be a server. Terrible service.
The lady at the host stand was pretty rude and condescending to us. We sat at the bar and the bartender was nice, you could tell they were getting overwhelmed a bit helping the servers. Didn’t have any intensity to eat our appetizer so we ate that with our hands… and then still didn’t have any for a good five minutes once we got our meals. It was an overall good experience, but some things could be improved there.
The chicken lettuce wraps were fantastic, but the combo fried rice was missing the proteins it should have included. The shrimp with lobster sauce was awful and lacked flavor. Because of these issues, we don't often visit Chang's and only go occasionally to see if things have improved. However, it doesn't seem like we'll be returning anytime soon.

I received cold dumplings, and when I informed the staff, they told me that their fryer was broken. They offered to make more dumplings for me, but those also came out cold.
