This place is amazing. My family is dutch and after visiting the Amsterdam area many, many times I must say these are very authentic and some of the very best ones. I love coming on December the 5th which is when the dutch Santa Claus comes and visits the restaurant! Its a whole lot of fun and a great way to see how other cultures celebrate the holiday. If you are looking to try a different cuisine, you won't be disappointed if you go there, always tasty, always PFANNTASTIC!
Saw this place on "You gotta eat here" show and decided to try. Wow their pannenkoek is delicious. I had the one that comes with ham, cheese and leek. I loved it. I really wanted to try the sweet one with bananas and cinnamon but unfortunately I got really full lol. Next time I will share it with my husband so I can have the sweet one. The service was great, servers are friendly and fast. Prices are very good too. I will definitely be back!
This place is a bit of an afterthought if I'm being honest, but I've been coming here for going on 20 years now a few times a year and the food is always good. Never had a bad experience. Super busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but otherwise mostly empty. Go there for dinner to avoid the crowds. Lots of selection so everyone leaves happy.
We came here for a family gathering. My mother's side of the family is dutch so she wanted us to have a taste of out culture. These pancakes are so good! They are nothing like what Canada makes. What a great find! The menu has many options that all look fantastic. We settled on the herb butter and the special which was strawberry pannenkoek! Food was fantastic and service was great! We would definitely come back!
We shared the bacon and egg and also apple cinnamon. Melt in your mouth food. Highly recommend! Waitress was so friendly and efficient. You never feel rushed and the food comes quickly with amazing service.

"the dumplings and chicken feet taste quite good. the sauce on the chicken feet is alright, I find it a little too greasy, or maybe that's just the way how its supposed to be. service is fast but probably because I'm the only customer during my visit!"

"Even though it was a slow night at the restaurant (due to a holiday), we received subpar service. Our chicken tikka was delivered 25 minutes after the rest of our order. The manager did refund the dish, but we still left feeling unsatisfied."
