Phat Thai - Reserva de mesa

Went here after a long day of snowboarding and driving all the way from Denver before checking in to our hotel. We were so excited to find a Thai Restaurant in the area we were staying in, but I guess this place has a lot of rooms for improvements. It was very generous of them to have crispy chips as a complimentary, and it comes with 2 different sauces too. We ordered bunch of different stuff, we love Thai food ! We ordered laksa, penang curry, Fried chicken, the lamb curry, Thai tea and birch beer. The lamb curry lacks of flavor and I think it's too watery for a curry.. I love my laksa, it's our fave on the table. Penang curry is ok. They can improve the flavor with more spices and flavor...

If you know how Thai food should tastes and want Thai food in Carbondale, this restaurant is not for you. If you enjoy a friendly helpful staff and an upscale atmosphere, then you?ll love this place. For the food, to me, It is an interpretation of Asian ingredients and flavors. Some of the common Thai dishes were missing and lacking a lot of key ingredients. The Phat Thai (Pad Thai), this iteration uses too much paprikas and missing key ingredients. Our party shared two papaya salads and we had 8 different entrees. We all tasted everyone?s food, I personally think the food were good, but it is not authentic.

I wish I could guess higher. at 8:15 o'clock for a drink and a to-go order. the host was nice, and I started with a water at the bar. Unfortunately, my drink (summer smash) was painfully sweet; instant headache after 1 sip. my To-Go food was underportioned (see picture,) with minimal tear and veg/substance. especially when they recharge a surprise $3 to go charge, on the top of the $19 curry. there was no succession to drink quality. I still tipped her personal for trying, but please do it better. Food flavors are great, and I had pleasant experiences here before.

The food was SO GOOD. I appreciate that they acknowledge that they are not Thai, but taking a modern twist on Thai flavors. Everything was so flavorful! Our server, Amber, was amazing! She was so so so good with our 3yo son and making sure he was happy and satisfied too. She was great at explaining the menu to make sure what we got was kid friendly and she even showed us a trick with the chop sticks so he could use them!! She made our night. certainly the best Thai food I had in the awile with large protein and veggie selections paired with mouth water curries. I was looking for Indian or Thai food near and that was what was revealed so we had a jump and not disappointed them. in any case want to go back to try more!

I had the early rolls. so dang yummy. I'll go back tomorrow for another round jump roll. how can something be as simple as dang tasty. it must be magic. but come to think about everything we ordered was delicious. Maybe it's just crazy kitchen kills, yo.

I used to live in the area before moving to Vail, and I really miss this restaurant. However, I still make sure to stop by and eat here whenever I am in town or passing through. I have sampled a variety of dishes here and have always been impressed.

great restaurant with cheap trips. the kimchi packs a good heat, and the braided boar was a perfect blend of sweet and hearty. the staff is friendly and eating came fast. it is worth the visit if it is in the opposite. Reserva una mesa ahora

These are the spiciest noodles I've ever tasted. The beer was delicious and helped cool down the heat. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. It can get busy here, so be prepared to wait a bit for a table.

Phat Thai gave us the most enjoyable meal we've had in Glenwood or Carbondale after many visits. Make sure to try the green curry - it's absolutely delicious. I can't recommend it enough.
