I ordered a Too Good To Go bag from this establishment. I was unable to pick it up in the allotted time frame. I called the store and let them know and asked if I can get a bag the next day. Employee said to call manager tomorrow. I called and spoke to a sweet girl named Brooke who said they'd probably let me get one the next day. She took my number. Manager never called me. I called back the following day and explained the situation to the manager because I was charged for a product they never gave me. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I called during the week to arrange an order for 100 pretzels for a Sunday event. I was informed that they close at 4 PM and that I should arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to pick them up. I arrived at 2:30 PM, which was well before the 30-minute mark, but I was told they couldn't accommodate my request. When I explained what I had been told, the employee at the counter seemed confused and said, "I don't know what you want; we won't do it." Dina and Lisa, I've been a regular at the Philly Pretzel Factory in Ronkonkoma since it first opened. I really enjoy the flavor of their pretzels. While they might not be the healthiest option, it's always nice to indulge a little when I visit. The staff here are friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for a special treat, make sure to stop by on a Wednesday; you'll get to meet two of the loveliest people around. Dina and Lisa have such great energy and positivity that they can truly brighten your day. You'll leave with delicious pretzels and a smile on your face and in your heart. I always make it a point to stop here whenever we're visiting family in Long Island. The pretzels are consistently soft and delicious—let me emphasize that: consistently! You can count on them to be great every time you visit. Unlike the pretzels you find at hot dog carts throughout the city or at stadiums across the country, which tend to be thin, dry, hard, stale, and lacking flavor, these pretzels are the complete opposite. They're perfect every time. Plus, they cost less than half the price of those carts for the same generous size.

Live down the block. Tried for the first time.It was honestly disappointing. Might be great for parties but doesn’t get enough foot traffic to keep the pre made items soft and pleasant.My daughter had the pretzel dog bites. They were hard and not fresh. Same for Philly bites.Service was friendly and the dips were good.
The dips were really good but the pretzels were cold and hard. I ordered the 5 pretzels and a small cup of rivets to try as o was thinking about doing a big catering order with them. Now I will probably look elsewhere. I’m not expecting hot pretzels when they are being delivered but at least semi warm
Soft pretzels are the perfect party food! I'm so glad there's a philly pretzel factory in this area. They have the best pretzels. Can't go wrong with a party tray with brownie batter dip!!!!!!
They didn't put in all the items ordered. The pretzels were hard. Like they were sitting there for awhile
