Phil's Country Fare

Service was beyond terrible. After the hostess tried to seat the four people that came in AFTER us (and they told her that we were there first), we were seated at the end of someone else's table RIGHT NEXT to the hostess' counter. After waiting approximately 20 minutes without being approached by a waitress, we turned and asked the hostess if she knew who our waitress was supposed to be. She never got up from her chair, but a waitress nearby did ask if we had been waited on and said she would get someone to us. About 5 minutes later we were finally addressed by a different waitress, as she was bringing food to a table of SIX who was seated AFTER us, who said she would be with us in a minute....

I've been a customer of Phil's for many years. When Phil was actively cooking at his restaurant, the food was exceptional. Now that it's managed by his daughter and other family members, the quality has declined. As for the service, there's definitely room for improvement. On the other hand, Logan offers fantastic food, and everyone there is friendly and eager to serve you at a much more reasonable price. It's disappointing to see Phil retired.

I visited Phil's back in 2005 with a friend. We had been told the food was really good. Me being from TN and growing up on the river I knew what southern eatin was all about. Man, they had it all. I had some of the best beef ribs I ever had. The place was a little red-kneckish, but the service, food and cost were all fantastic. Just wish I had one closeby. Its well worth the short drive out of the way!!

Have heard so many great things about Phil's, but I must say I had the hardest ribeye I've ever eaten tonight and when the hostess asked how our meal was, their answer, well, no one complained about it tonight. It won't go back. Reserva una mesa ahora

My steak was enormous and cooked to perfection. The king crab legs were fresh and juicy, beautifully presented. The atmosphere is relaxed and has a charming country vibe. I absolutely love it!

Me and my family make the trip to Phil's about once a year, the food is awesome. we live just south of Memphis, tn and our friends live in Lincoln, AR so we come up as often as we can.

Fantastic food, excellent service, an amazing meat market, and delightful people! This might just be one of Oklahoma's best-kept secrets!
