Incredible discovery!! Small village café, very well maintained, authentic with fresh, local and elaborate cuisine. A symphony of scents, tastes and colors without a false note from start to finish. Smiling and warm welcome, fast and professional service. Possibility of having an aperitif on the terrace in the shade of the plane trees and eating in the dining room afterwards. Congratulations to the chef for the wild shrimp on strawberry risotto....amazing in its originality and so tasty! Thanks to the waitress for her kindness and good wine advice from the surrounding areas. I recommend Café Fontaine in Soral, as beautiful as it is good!
I put 4* for the food however I would rather give 3* for the service especially at the end because we waited 45 minutes for them to come to the back room to see if we wanted a coffee, in the end I I went to ask for a coffee and the bill at the counter and after 10 minutes of waiting we were paid the bill directly at the counter without drinking the coffee. Damage
