pho 93 has misleading elements on their eats menu, especially 5 elements on the menu, which are listed as vegetarian/vegan. I called her and the lady told me I was a lousy, over and over again. I told her to look at her Eats page, as she would see the wrong information, but she refused and called me again and again. I told her that I had received a refund of over, so I was not upset at all, but that I just wanted to know about the several mistakes on their menu so that others do not land in the same situation. again she called me a lousy and told me if I had a problem, I had to erect him with myself. no surprise, there is no more possibility to contact uber eats...more
The food was good, but they only served one prawn in the rice paper rolls, which felt a bit stingy. However, the cleanliness of the place was quite concerning. The legs of the stools and chairs, as well as the walls around our booth, were absolutely filthy. It made me wonder about the state of the kitchen. The low lighting, while intended to save electricity, only served to mask the dirt. Overall, the establishment could really use a thorough deep clean.
Went there for dinner tonight and was disgusted in the manager’s attitude towards her staff member.She was screaming at her cause she accidentally put us on the wrong table.The lovely staff member was so embarrassed and so were we and the little customers they had.I said u could of just asked us to move with out the seen or talked to the staff member out the back.The food was ok but would only do take away as the service is so bad
This place is amazing!! As a local with access to Vietnamese cuisine in nearby Springvale I had high expectations of the dishes here and I was very impressed with the quality of food especially the Beef Pho and rice paper rolls. The staff are super friendly always making sure we were served and happy. Coffee is great too! Will definitely be coming back with the family regularly.

Food is yum. Service leaves a lot to be desired which is probably why it is getting emptier every night I walk past to the gym..2 out of 3 times I have been the service has been bad. Did not offer us desert, 2nd drinks, water. When my friend asked for desert menu at 8:50pm on a Saturday night she was told kitchen was closed and pretty much we were kicked out at 9pm.
Great cafe around the corner from my place. The food was excellent, friendly service and staff. A good variety and quality foods. Great atmosphere to settle down and relax, catch up or have a tasty healthy meal. Will definitely be back for more breakfast/lunch meals and for the dinner menu.
Vegetarian options: excellent selection of fresh vegetables. Parking: community parking is available, though it is time-restricted due to the nearby gym and medical centers.
my family and I have often taken and eaten in the restaurant and it never fails. Eating is always fresh and tasty and the staff is beautiful.

Broken rice was not bad.Special pho and rice paper roll were average.Satay chicken was okay.
