Advice for the management: you need a new manager! I've never experienced such poor customer service before. It's shocking to be criticized for how I choose to enjoy my meal, especially when I'm the one paying for it. The manager seemed unaware of what good customer service entails—giving me strange looks while I placed my order and questioning my preferences for sauce is not acceptable. Additionally, it was quite disturbing to observe the manager making side comments to the staff, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. whenever i see a bad review in a sea of good ones i ignore it and assume the reviewer is just picky- that being said, i did not enjoy the food herethe pho i ordered was filled with noodles and meat, but the broth was far too sweet and oniony for my taste. unsatisfying. I got a small but it was pretty big. i didn’t want to eat it all because it was not good. not sure why the reviews are so high. cute place, very cold air conditioning. I visit a restaurant in Bellville, Parsippany, as well as another location near Route 22 and EWR that I can't quite remember. The staff is fantastic! They speak excellent English, which is a great help given my dietary restrictions. However, I know that understanding the finer details can be challenging in any language, so I truly appreciate their effort. I’m a loyal customer for life! When I asked specific questions about my dietary needs, they were patient and provided thorough information.
All kinds of yum!! Best pho I've ever had. Cute place, new ownership (I think? Sign on the door says they're short staffed, and please be patient. We didn't notice any delay in service, it only took about 5-7 minutes from ordering until we got our food. Very generous portions, I was absolutely stuffed when I left. Attentive staff, very friendly. The restaurant is clean, and so is the bathroom! (Yes i look at things like that ? I love this place, do yourself a favor and stop by.

This place ROCKS- seriously!!! I rarely give 5 stars and this place deserves it.Authentic Vietnamese food, served FRESH and HOTThe service was amazing and we even met the owner who made some special dishes for us.This place knows how to take care of their customers and we will def be back! I visited this restaurant twice over the past two weeks, and both times the manager was incredibly unprofessional. On my latest visit, the manager attempted to charge me for the fish sauce, which is usually complimentary on the table, simply because I didn't use the hot sauce they provided. Additionally, while I was placing my order, he made comments about how I prefer my pho. I definitely won't be returning.
We are willing to drive 40 minutes to visit this restaurant, and it’s always worth the trip! Our whole family gets excited when it happens to be on the way to our destination. Everything on the menu is delicious, but we especially come for the pho because their broth is the best we've ever tasted. It's my kids' favorite restaurant by far!
I absolutely love pho! It's always been a favorite of mine. Their drinks are delicious as well. Although they've been short-staffed since COVID, they consistently strive to offer great service. I also really enjoy their Bloomfield location!

Love this place, I recommend the lemongrass beef short ribs, and the House Combination Pho. The pho was phenomenal that we devoured it and forgot to take pictures. Spring roll is great appetizer.
Their House Combination soup is the best Pho I've ever tasted! The atmosphere is pleasant and quite relaxing. You should definitely visit and try their House Combination Pho Bowl!
