Please, do a great favor, eat there. I was greeted immediately, and I knew what I wanted, so I told the waiter a sequence of summer rolls, and eye round pho with tendon. The rollers were so fresh, soft and damp. The peanut sauce was idyllic. The soup was so hot and tasteful. The tendon was thin and plentiful. The taste and textures just put me in a great mood and my hunger was satisfied. I brought leftovers home and drank the rest of my broth in the night. I recommend this place, please go eat and be happy.

Came here on Sunday at noon, was not packed, but there was surprisingly a decent amount of people there. Ordered egg rolls, beef pho, pig comb Banh Mis. Egg rolls are solid, but the value is not there. The Phobrühe was sweet, but not the biggest fan of it. That said the Banh Mi was fantastic! The bread was the best I had for Banh Mi and for the price it was great value. Will be back, but probably just for the Banh Mi!
Staffs are nice and thoughtful, but it cannot mask its weakness. The food here is terrible. It is the worst restaurant in Fairfax. I believe I can cook better than their chief. I order beef noodle, but it smell like ckicken. The soup is tasteless. My wife ordered roasted meat with noodle but she said the meat was cook on a pan, not on the fire. She also said her order is like home made, not by some professional cook.
Pho Bistro was my go to place for Pho over 10 years. However, past few visits been extremely disappointing. First of all, servers were very rude and they seemed very unhappy serving our table. We order two just noodles for my kid and my wife. As you can see on the picture, two of same orders but one is extremely smaller portion compared to other one. I can see why this place is not as busy as it used to be.
Who leaves more than one star here? I have never seen a pho with such few meat pieces. The meat was literally shredded into small pieces and so small amount! Can barely tasted the meat. Unbelievably stingy with the meat. I usually never leave negative reviews but this place is too much. I am leaving this for other people to avoid and the owner should know what food they are serving.
I wish I could give negative stars. Almost $30 for two bowls of absolutely horrible tasting pho filled with MSG taste and I actually had a light headache from it. The poor servers gave me an angry vibe somehow. I know it's tough times but seriously? Hands down worst Pho I had in all over Nova and mind you I have been to more than 20 different ones
Will not come here again. This place isn?t authentic at all. The spring rolls weren?t fully cooked. The waiter did not stop by at all other than to drop off the food, and it wasn?t busy.. the place was pretty much empty. I had to get up myself to ask for the check. Also WAY TOO OVERPRICED! Watch out asking for a side of any meats..
