Worst customer service ! Make sure your food is correct for takeout ! Usually Food is great but customer service is awful. I ordered pho over the phone and I specifically said that I did not want cilantro in my soup. She said Order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and after 15 minutes I came to pick it up and it was still not ready and at that point she asked me what I had ordered. I repeated my order specifically saying that I did not want cilantro, and when I got home the first thing I saw when I open my takeout box was cilantro. I addressed the concern the next time I was in the restaurant and they did absolutely nothing about it even though I paid $17 for one soup that I couldn’t eat....

When evaluating a Vietnamese restaurant, I have two main criteria: 1. Is their pho good? 2. Do they offer Bo Kho (Vietnamese beef stew), and is it any good? I've been to several places that have Bo Kho on the menu, but it's often disappointing—about 80% of the time, the beef is tough and hard to chew. However, this restaurant excelled in all areas! They have fantastic rice dishes, delicious vermicelli, good pho, and their Bo Kho is AMAZING. The beef in the stew was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the broth was so delicious that I could’ve sipped it like a beverage! Since I moved to Lakeshore Etobicoke 8 years ago or so, I haven't found a go-to pho place until I came across Pho Brothers. I love this place cuz it's super easy. It's fast, affordable and tasty. My 6 y.o. daughter come here all the time. We only get the Special Pho and it's all we need. We never had to venture out of it cuz the soup always hit the spot for us. I have nothing to complain about in terms of customer service. The fact that we're in and out of there in less than half an hour is all the customer service I need. Nothing more, nothing less.

I discovered a fantastic restaurant during my first trip to Toronto, and I'm so glad I did! They offer delicious and healthy dishes featuring plenty of fresh vegetables and seafood. The service is outstanding, the ambiance is delightful, and all of this comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! Reserva una mesa ahora

I've been here many times and also did take out. The food is usually best when you dine in. The waiters are very friendly and the food are reasonably priced.They offer a lot of dishes, but the text on the menu is tiny bring your glasses!

The restaurant is located near Costco on Dixie. I ordered the combo for four, which is definitely a great value. I really enjoyed the shrimp soup and the salad. The fish was very flavorful and paired nicely with the rice.

Made an order for 2 large* pho tai that came out to almost 40$ The flavour was fine, but the large portion is like a small at any other pho restaurant. First time ever having pho and not being full.

amazing customer service! came in for a quiet lunch during work bc i was craving bbq pork fresh roles. these were so good and the sauce was the best i’ve ever had at a viet place.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the GTA. Owner/chef is friendly and works hard to offer the best to customers. Seafood noodle is my favourite.
