My experience was years ago. I always hope I was the bad customer. However, time proves, I am not. I want to recall the story so the owner might remember. We came in as 2 people but I was the only one wanted to eat, we place only 1 order. I had taken every chance speaking Vietnamese. I always liked Pho Dau Bo, I visited recently for lunch and it was amazing!I tried beef rib pho for the first time, it came with 2 large beef ribs, it was stewed to tender, meat fell off the bone but still had good texture. It came with dipping sauce, which is kind of like fish sauce based sweet and tangy sauce, it was delicious! I also had fried donut for the first time and it tasted fresh and I liked to dip it into my soup, especially good with satey soup.Service was friendly and quick, price was reasonably priced in my opinion. I have been wanting to try out this resto especially that they have the bone marrow that you can eat with your pho. It is a bit on the pricier side compared to other viet resto. We ordered a large bowl of pho (fall off the bone beef), bone marrow and the beef with rice and egg. The pho was great, the bone marrow was okay (I was expecting more flavor), and the beef with the rice was just fine, nothing really special. Btw, the tea is not for free. When we arrived the server asked us if we wanted water or tea but did not disclose that the tea was not for free. We thought it was free like other Asian resto.? We would still come back for the pho and I want to try out their coffee for next time.

First time visiting Pho Dau Bo. Overall, it's a decent little spot to grab a bowl of soup. We did find that the portions are smaller than other pho restaurants we've been to, and a bit pricier as well $18.00 for a large satay pho). The flavors were wonderful though, and the doughnut stick to eat with it was different and fun.Atmosphere was different. Playing heavy EDM music at 4:00pm. Other than that, it's a standard place to grab some pho. Service was good, no issues getting what we needed.
Highly overrated one. The famous Bone Marrow is nothing but a not tasty bone fat. The price is so expensive considering the portion is not that big. Large noodles is 18 dollars! Definitely one of the most expensive Pho I’ve ever had. And I substituted the noodles to the round noodles. It’s 3 dollars more without notifying me beforehand. I’m a huge fan of Pho, and I have many good Pho restaurants to recommend. Unfortunately, this one is not on my list.
The Beef Satay Pho is a must! It's a little spicy so would highly recommend it for those that can handle a little spice. It's creamy and very flavourful. I went back for seconds the next day. Everything else off their menu was very good as well. The beef carpaccio. The taro cake (Bot Chien) was ?. You have to finish it off with their Pandan Coffee Flan.
Quick to be seated, great service, had the peanut sate phô. Amazing, good complexity not overbearing, 1st time visitors, will come again

Tasty veggie pho and shrimp vermicelli. Staff was friendly. Get there before 11:45 on weekends to avoid the lines.
