Visiting from the Midwest, never had such chicken Pho that is fresh, organic, authentic. Literally was soul enriching. Meat was tender both dark breast. Broth was perfectly reduced with authentic poached chicken flavor, salted no msg [no aftertaste in mouth]. Vietnamese cheung fun is thin and savory with preserved mustard greens, dried shrimp, and minced pork: tasty change from Cantonese stuffed noodles.Service was also very fast [Friday noon] like served in 3-5 minutes. Staff were also very fast and attentive. Dining area is simple, modern, and clean.
Love their fresh chicken pho! They operate like a well-oiled machine for takeout during COVID. I placed my order in person and was out the door with my order within 5 minutes. Customer service was kind and friendly. Chicken was fresh. I love that they use the thicker rice noodles. Broth was clear and flavorful! Well-packed and was able to enjoy at a nearby park for brunch with my fam.
Flavorful broth and high quality chicken meat. I can taste the difference in texture and tenderness of the chicken as they advertise it as free range. The interior has been upgraded since the last time I've been here. It looks modern and newly redone.
Big portions even for takeout's and high quality broth/chicken noodle combination. Their staple main entrée is what keeps drawing people back even on takeout's only during this pandemic. Service is fast and family operated.

The people are nice, they work fast, lots of people go, but they have enough staff, cheap, good food. I didn’t like the meat but that’s because I’m very picky.
