Pho Goodness on Main Street is one of the finest Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver, offering outstanding quality and delicious flavors. Speaking from a chef’s perspective rather than that of a regular customer, I recently discovered this spot and now find myself coming three to four times a week—especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays after soccer, when I need to replenish lost fluids. The highlight for me is dish number 20, a hearty soup filled with bone broth, meat, tripe, and noodles. It’s the perfect meal after intense exercise and truly unmatched. Pho Goodness on Main Street offers excellent service—very kind and helpful, even when the restaurant is packed. They treated me exceptionally well, which was a pleasant surprise given how busy it was. While the atmosphere felt a bit hectic for me, many might enjoy the lively vibe. As far as I know, Pho Goodness is the only pho spot on Main Street, which is fantastic for them. Would I return? Absolutely. However, I’d choose to visit during quieter hours, either very early or late in the evening—not around 7:00 p.m. The menu is impressive, with delicious options that make the experience worthwhile.
