First visit here and I start with a Loc Lac, a dish that I really like but with very variable quality depending on the restaurant. The meat was too fibrous, some pieces took a long time to chew while others were super tender. Maybe too fatty, I had trouble digesting it... The rice lacked flavor and the onions and tomatoes were missing alongside the cucumbers. Overall it's not bad! I will come back to try other dishes, the Pad Thai and the fried noodles are in my sights!
