I’ve been told by my friend who live here several times within 5 days about the popularity of this Pho shop (not a restaurant to me) in Springvale. We finally arrived at the shop late afternoon. The Q up was about 10 minutes which was not so bad. Once we got inside, the authoritative old lady captain with a long face will put you in a tiny little table and you cannot simply move! In a short word, not comfortable seating at all. But that was OK for us because we come to experience the food not hospitality. We’ve order a medium “Pho Tai” (rare beef noodles) which an ideal choice and again the portion was good enough to share for 2 persons. To food connoisseurs, the key to the Vietnamese noodle...

Decided to review this restaurant as my last review was about 2 years ago.Well, The queue is longer but moves fairly quickly. The prices have gone up marginally to $12 for large down to $10 for small. The quality is still really good. The soup is still delicious with no trace of MSG. The beef was really tender and the rice noodles nice and smooth. The drinks are now $3 each which is fair.Still strongly recommend this restaurant especially since I recently returned from Sydney where none of the Vietnamese restaurants there could compare. By the way, do ask them to blanch the bean spouts as fresh ones could cool down the soup too quickly.Enjoy

this place seems to be getting a cult following. Pho is decent here and the table turnover is high so don't be put off by the crowd of people waiting out front. It only seats ~25 I'd say. Tiny space. So expect to be sharing tables during lunch rush. Broth tastes great. They pride themselves on supposed "no msg"??? Hard to believe but yeah I guess I wasn't thirsty afterwards. Soup is piping hot and full of flavour. Not high in aniseed. There's nothing I don't like here except for a lot of elbows touching.

We eat here regularly for several years, and rarely have we had to wait for more than five minutes for our steaming hot pho tai to arrive, and always a delicious both and excellent meats. They have provided the most consistently tasty beef broth we have had anywhere (have not tried the chicken). The mixed beef (with offal) is also excellent. And the Spring rolls are small but tasty.Service is not necessarily always with a smile, but is efficient. Reserva una mesa ahora

Opens at 8.30am and usually fills up quick. Queues can be seen all day long but waiting time is quick as people eat quick like fast food! Just be patient and think of the yummy Pho you are about to consume.I always get the beef & beef ball combination. Soup is full of flavour and the beef is always lean.Service is always quick and food comes out almost instantly.Best Pho in Springvale in my opinion since there's so many of them here.

Medium Chicken Pho (me) Medium Rare Beef Pho (he) Both hot and delicious, chilli sliced paper thin and hot as hell, all the sauces filled and the bottles clean. The Pho was delicious, great value, and there are 12 options on the menu. They serve 3 sizes. As we all have different "favourite" aspects of Pho, I find that comparing one style with another is not helpful. I just try and enjoy each bowl for what it offers.

This is the busiest and most crowded Phò restaurant in Springvale. So, it's like no 1 out of more than 20 phò outlet in the area. This is my favourite place after tried more than 10 restaurants. The broth is so tasty and thick with beef flavour. I always go for beef special., really love it. We can ask for pickle onion as well, make the phò taste much better.

Have been there 5 times~ I still love it now~~ Those who suggest to go don’t order the small bowl of pho~ I would rather spend 1~2 yuan more for the medium or large bowl, the portion is very poor!! I think so The bowl is just right! Reserva una mesa ahora

We love to have pho as much a possible when we are on vacation. This was recommended by a foodie friend of ours living in Melbourne. We thought it was good, but not great. And we need to have fresh lime!
