Idk if this page belongs to the previous owner or the current one but I was there for Mother’s Day with my family. It was quite disappointing. This was not my first time at this restaurant. We’ve been coming here since the original owners opened throughout the changes of all of the new owners. Idk how many times this place has changed but one things for sure. A friend of mine came in for dinner tonight to celebrate my birthday. We came in, waited in the front to be seated. We were sat and everything was fine until our server came. I never got a name from her but she was extremely rude. I am a server myself so I understand it can be difficult to keep a smile on your face all day. She said nothing when setting our food down, we said please and thank you. We were very respectful. There also was a family that came in and she yelled at them for seating themselves. The manager was extremely rude when I called to complain that condiments weren’t in my bag when putting in a complaint over the phone. As all pho lovers know the best thing about pho is being able to make your noodles as you please, spicy , none spicy , sweet etc… not only did my pho not come with anything to make it to my liking while placing a to go order but I asked for spicy material on side for my Chicken fried rice which was told to me that could happen but that wasn’t in there neither. I’m truly disheartened by this review because I once was a loyal customer. I would literally go here weekly for the Pho but on June 28th Iafter consuming 90% of my food I noticed a dead roach floating in my broth. I immediately called staff over he took the bowl away gave a basic apology, and management didn’t come out to address the situation. I’ll never go back.

The Pho Alright Ive Had Better Plus They Give You Very Small Serving Sizes Other Places Give Wayyy More Meat Noodles And Broth Theirs Is Kid Size For Adults The Banh Mi Sandwich Not Good I Only Tried Them Out Because My Normal Spot Is Closed On

I used to like coming here to eat with my family.The server's are nice and friendly. But something happened with the ownership.The food was very greasy and the other day the AC was broken. I'm going to have to find a different Pho restaurant!

The manager, Vi, is very unpleasant and does not treat the employees under him well. The atmosphere was uncomfortable as this man was very unkind and I will not be coming back until I hear that he is gone.

I love this place. This might be my go-to Vietnamese restaurant in the Milwaukee metro. I like everything about it.
