I 'm going to give my first review. Before visiting the restaurant, I searched for a highly-rated place on Yelp. There were branches of the same restaurant in Granada Hills and Simi and others. Since I had been to the Simi branch before and had a great impression, I decided to go to the Reseda , which is part of the same chain.It was amazing to see a Vietnamese restaurant with multiple locations like this. Wow, this place is absolutely amazing! It never fails to impress me. This is my favorite pho restaurant in the valley. Tonight, I spent $33 on two generous dishes: the #45, which features glass noodles, cucumber, carrots, jicama slices, an egg roll, and your choice of charbroiled beef or pork (I went with beef this time). A squeeze of fresh lime and some red chili sauce on top, and it takes me straight to heaven for a moment. We also ordered the chicken pho soup, and let me tell you, that broth is like a warm hug when you're feeling under the weather. You can really taste the care that went into making it. A hidden gem! The ambiance at Phở Số 1 is the perfect blend of cozy and stylish. It's an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a casual get-together with friends. The service was friendly and prompt, ensuring our glasses were never empty. But what truly stood out was the food. Every dish was a masterpiece. The lemongrass chicken was tender and aromatic, and the coconut milk dessert left a sweet memory that lingers. Can't recommend this place enough!

You absolutely have to try the rare steak pho and the beef with broccoli and shrimp. My friends and I visit this restaurant frequently, and we genuinely love the atmosphere, the waitstaff, the chefs, the owner, and of course, the food itself is incredibly delicious. This restaurant offers a wide variety of excellent dishes, although some items are just average. However, it truly stands out as one of the best and most authentic pho spots in the valley. I absolutely love the BBQ pork!

This place is delicious and has quick service. Best Pho in the Reseda area I recommend trying it they’ve been around for over 15 years and there’s a good reason for that.
