update- we went back for the first time since 2020, when Covid hit. Food was still delicious...it's just sad that places are having such a hard time finding staff, because clearly they needed help. Keeping the 5 stars, because no fault of their own. Andhey, they survived through the pandemic and probably appreciate all their loyal customers coming back. Check it out, you won'tbe disappointed. Hint: Very busy through dinner hour 5-6, so if you can eat a bit earlier or later, less of a wait time. Theyhad lots of takeout orders at this time as well. Great food! Always fresh and delicious, never disappointed. I usually orderthe prawn bowl, which has 6 big prawns, spring roll, stir fried veggies...

I love everything about this place.... This carefully 'hidden in plain view ' reasonably priced restaurant on the main drag in Chemainus prepares the best Bun, Hot and Sour Soup, noodle soups, that I have been able to find on the south island, outside of Victoria. The owners are just great, and I love the fact that their kids are around and are part of the business...brings a tear to my eye remembering serving my first table as a child. Back to the food, it 's filled with love, smells like heaven, and tastes great. I just want them to leave Chemainus I even asked them how many years they have left on their lease! The prices are excellent, and I eat here as often as I can. Simple as the decor...

Was passing through, and decided to try a drive through Chemainus! Because why not? I had the lunch special, and a salad roll. I struggle to give two stars to this place, all because of their crunchy rice. Rice shouldn't be crunchy. It just shouldn't.There's a difference between crisp. This was get crunchy and stuck in your teeth crunchy. The salad roll was tasty, but overlyexpensive for what it actually was. It's a pass from me dawg. Super friendly staff though.

Tremendous vietnamese pho and bun. My partner and I have eaten at this restaurant at least two dozen times now and the food is always fresh, flavorful and generous. Their pho broth is rich and subtly seasoned with authentic herbs and a hint of clove. Vermicelli bowls, lemongrass chicken and spring rolls are all excellent. Their gelato is exquisite as well. Prices are great and atmosphere is clean and simple.

The best lemongrass chicken. Pho Triple 7 makes the best lemongrass chicken I have had anywhere. It is so good in fact that I have never tried any other item on their menu. I will drive to Chemainus just to eat their lemongrass chicken on rice noodles. I am sure they make other things that are just as good as their lemongrass chicken, but I haven't tried them yet.

Finally tried this place after living in chemainus for 3 years. Absolutely loved it. They were quick and the food was delicious. My husband and I both ordered a pho dish. There was so much food we could easily have shared. Great quality!

Great hole in the wall. Met a pal for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed. We both had the War Won Ton. It was fast, hot and delicious. I used Urbanspoon to find this restaurant and was not disappointed. Would i recommend it YES Absolutely

Enjoyed my pho, many varieties to choose from. I tried the beef pho with tripe. Really enjoyed it especially with a Vietnamese coffee w/ condensed milk afterwards.
