Sawmill Taphouse Grill

This is my last effort to get my concerns across to the management team at sawmill. My family and I are incredibly disappointed at the downward spiral this restaurant has taken over the years. We have been going there and ordering out for 6 years and thecustomer service has become terrible. They do not care about their customers. We have given them countless chances to make rightand they keep disappointing. The last straw I called to make a takeout order and was put on hold for quite some time. Very nice spot. We insisted mid afternoon so not a lot of patrons. Had some craft beer they have soooo many) along with shareable smoked meatballs and chili prawns. So good!! Looks like the ambiance is great for dinners with the decor andlighting. Bartender was very friendly.

First timers ? Came in with my parents and nieces. The service was very good, menu had lots of choices for our hungry clan. We had a wonderful visit with my nieces grandchildren) our food was very good thanks for making our visit pleasant

Menu options very lacking for food allergies. Service is poor . Cleanliness around the restaurant is horrible. The chandeliers look like they are from Adam’s family’s dinning room , don’t think they have ever been cleaned .

The Salt and Cumin wings were a good twist for Chicken Wings. The fish tacos and chowder were good. The kids Grilled Cheese is great if the littles love LOTS of cheese. The kids pizza was pretty good. Service was good.

Was long overdue to visit again and it was just as amazing as I remembered! We shared thr fry bread and pesto dip before our pizzas. SOO delish. Solid menu additions from the last time I visited!

Food is consistently good! Booths and tables, patio seating also. Large drink selection. Childrens menu available (with colouring page). The Fry Best is the best!

When I go there to get food it's always delicious. I'd highly recommend the cowboy burger. I've had it 3 times now and it's always been amazing.

FANTASTIC pizza and Mojito, the best pizza I've had in a long time! Lovely ladies serving as well. 5 of 5 for sure!

Food and service are great. The portions are big, so you won't leave hungry.
