The food is okay (which is why I am giving it two stars, not one) but given the wealth of quality South Asian restaurants in the area, it is easy to find much better. The real problem was the service. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant for thefollowing reasons: 1. Despite having a Budweiser neon sign, as of July 2022, there is no alcohol. Definitely misleading. 2.After we were seated and received our drinks, there was no follow up service until the food arrived. After that, our serverdisappeared. My wife wanted a second glass of tea but never got it as there was no one around. Not as in they were busy andcouldn 't get to us , literally no one was behind the counter or serving the ot...
Their pho is absolutely delicious tho. I can eat that all day every day! Their chili oil adds great flavoring. Throw in some Sriracha and hoisin and it's absolutely perfect. It stay really hot while you eat it too. They have a lot of protein options/combinations which is nice. Their spring rolls, I think, are made fresh every day. Many times they are still a bit warm when ordered and they are it's perfect! I wish they had milk teas. They stopped selling them and it kinda sucks lol. I'm just not a huge fan of their Thai menu but it's not the worst I've had. The service here is hit and miss. Kinda depends who is serving that day.
This my absolute favorite pho restaurant in Tacoma. Im reading all the negative views and it just caught me in disbelief. Their broth is so delicious, I'd finish most of that after eating all the meats and noodles. I really enjoy their wontons too! I want to try different entrees but I love their pho so much it's my only option when coming here. Everyone is so nice and the environment is pleasing. I've eaten here by myself and with my family multiple times. Im vietnamese btw, I got my mom to even say she loved the pho here. That's saying something. ;
I ordered three dishes: potstickers, fresh rolls, and pad see ew. The potstickers were decent, but the fresh rolls were disappointing and the sauce was not appealing. However, the pad see ew was delicious. If that was the only thing I had tried, I would have rated the food 4 stars. The service was good and the atmosphere was relaxed, as expected.

Went a few times, good food and service usually, but last night (7/18/2022 10:30PM) the male waiter was rude and careless, no response at all (totally silence when I order and pay with him). Worst experience ever.
Food was decent, I'd recommend getting pho over anything else. Some items like the spring rolls will come wrapped in Saran wrap since they're premade. Service is pretty slow despite not being busy.
I would not recommend eating here. Ordered food through Uber eats. Received my order damaged and contaminated by raw blood. Refund was denied once I complained about the issue.
My favorite dishes at this restaurant are the ox tail pho and chicken wings. I didn't take a picture this time, but I will make sure to do so next time I dine in.

Next time, we would takeout. I want a glass of wine with my meal. No booze. I think they mixed up on the spice level on our dishes. My husband thought so, too.
This place is nasty The sandwich with pork only had a little pork and the room had flys everywhere. Stay far far away.
