Definitely the worst Vietnamese food I've ever had. Very bland, no meat and absolutely no effort put into the presentation at all. The picture below is what disappointment looks like. After you work all day and your only moment of happiness is thinking about ordering Skip the Dishes when you get home. You put the order in and then the food below shows up. Well, it sucks. I couldnt even make it through the meal. Absolutely horrendous. This place deserves a zero.
I completely agree that this is one of the best pho spots in the Northwest. I used to go to the Ranchlands location, but since it declined, Pho X.o has become my new favorite. The customer service is amazing—very attentive with a friendly and warm atmosphere! A true family go-to place.

Pho X.o. is incredibly hospitable! When I ordered takeout, they kindly offered to bring the food right to my car. Their menu prices are very competitive, much more affordable than the restaurant I went to in Edmonton last week.
