The Phoenix Cafe when are the Macy's place I've been to when I sit down to order my food that has the best service ever I guarantee you will love this place they have this plate called the dragon God be delicious the meat tender juicy the flavorowner is All To Die For The Rice they have is sticky hot and steamed vegetables to have honor is delicious I guarantee you theyhave the balmy turkey sandwich delicious they have the the best tighty they have amazing service not just that is located in thebicycle Hotel Casino the place to be the place to have fun the place if you're at home I guarantee you have the time of yourlife not just that you have the best time
Not bad for fast food inside a casino... Not your typical Chinese fast food like orange chicken.. (even though they have it) They also have dim sum, Thai dishes, noodle soup, and more... Their Hainan chicken was decent but their Singapore noodles lacked flavor. Luckily they have the typical Asian condiments to help with that. Including fish sauce. I work nights so it is convenient that they're open until 2am. Will try more dishes later and add to review..
The Phoenix Cafe, located in the Macy's area, is a fantastic place where I enjoyed excellent service while ordering my food. I guarantee you'll love it here! They have a dish called the Dragon God that is simply delicious—the meat is tender and juicy, and the flavors pair wonderfully with the sticky, hot rice. The steamed vegetables are tasty as well. Overall, it's a delightful dining experience!
I was really disappointed with my experience. The pictures were misleading, and the food everyone ordered arrived cold. The fried rice was just rice with soy sauce. I can't recommend this restaurant.

Phoenix Cafe is open until 3 AM, making it a fantastic spot for a late-night meal. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and I particularly love the duck.
The pics online looked as though the restaurant was fancy and elegant but it's basically fast Chinese food inside a casino. Good menu but food was mediocre.
A good restaurant inside bicycle. Had my dinner here and it was pretty good.
