Surroundings were a little tired and drab but the food was amazing and service attentive. Portion size was massive but flavour and quality first class. Not licences so only soft drinks and tea/coffee. However (unknown to us) you can take your own booze in with you. Two lovely ladies served well as nd were non-stop. Plaudits to the chef(s). Downside is exterior was filthy, inside was tired and a bit shabby. Highly recommend the salt n pepper spare ribs and also the Platter for 2. Loved it !

Fantastic place, a hidden gem. Decor is classic Chinese restaurant, and location is on a busy road near an old pub. The food is always superb, and the tables are always full of hungry punters ready to try the banquet £23pp), but they all leave with full stomachs. I cannot rate this place highly enough and I'll be devastated when it closes.

Ordered a take away. The main was fine, but the rice was luke warm. I was charged £9 for the meal, and when I checked the price on the 'updated ' menu, It was priced at £8. I don 't think I 'll be going back......shame, because a lot of people seem to like it.

The most delicious food that I think you will taste. The braised ribs and chilli beef are legendary. Been going for over 50 years and could not recommend here enough.

The best Chinese food you’ll find! Everything is amazing wow! We got banquet B for 3 people and there was enough food to feed 5 people, all the meals were amazing
