Piatto Pizzeria + Enoteca

Even though I made a reservation when we arrived and told the hostess I had a reservation for two at 5PM it apparently wasn’t entered in your system. I got a phone call at 6:30 asking if we were planning to use the reservation. We had finished the meal paid and left at this point. This is the second time this happened. The previous time it was an email asking why we didn’t complete the reservation. Both times I used the app to make the reservation rather than phoning it in.

Usually I would give a higher rating however Friday night has live music. Wow it’s loud. Hostess wanted to seat us directly in front of musician. Would have left except we spotted a table further back. She reluctantly let us sit there. Food was ok although the Spaghetti Pasta was watery.

We are regulars at Piatto in Charlottetown. The food is always great! The servers can sometimes be hit or miss but this time we had a wonderful server who was efficient and friendly. We will be back soon.

Wood-fired oven 900F makes for a wonderful charred crust and a tasty pizza! Wife had Caesar salad (VG) plus two glasses of house wine and two desserts=$113 Canadian with tax tip. Reserva una mesa ahora

The pizza was a huge letdown. Crust was way undercooked. Pepperoni was the consistency of bologna., not he dry cured meat that is normal. The pasta was very good though.

Stopped for à quick meal as we were passing by. Food was excellent and service absolutely perfect. Will go back

The food was quite good, but the pop was flat and it was a bit slow because it was very busy.
