Piccolino - Reservar una mesa

Our family stayed in Artesia while on a trip to visit the Carlsbad caverns, and decided to try this place out despite the bad reviews about the service. We walk in and no one greets us so I look around and there is a table where all the waitresses are sitting. One of them yells from the table we can sit anywhere. We sit down and after about 5 minutes one of them gets up and brings us silverware. She never speaks and looked like she didn’t want to be there. She comes back and brings us bread and dip which is really good. I ask her to wipe the table down because it’s dirty(food and crumbs). She says ok and goes and tells another waitress and she ends up cleaning it for us. After another 10 min...

Odered food to take back to Carlsbad with us a couple of months ago. Asked that the included spaghetti be left off. However, When we got home, it was all dumped on top of our food. Called and was offered 2 free dishes. Went today to collect the free food. (one was to go back with us to the lady here that missed out the 1st time. Was told she couldn 't have hers-I had to eat it. I told her I would like to purchase my own meal. NO way. I ate the bread and the spaghetti our friend couldn 't and took it with me anyway. Thankfully, another lady let me have a to-go-box.Waitress never came back to the table. Would have ordered dessert, but no chance. She could have made an additional $30 on top of...

Love this place. Haven’t been here in a long while somewhere around 8 or 9 months just a guess) but the young lady who waited in our table remembered my “usual” without hesitation. The service has always been great allowing fluctuations based on patron attendance) and held true to form this trip. The food is always enjoyable and very consistent.

This is a cute, quaint little place....it's an Italian restaurant in Artesia, NM. It's literally the only Italian restaurant within a 35 mile radius of Carlsbad NM, where I live..... My favorite to eat here is the lasagna not to many people can make a great sauce with garlic but this was yummy

Spaghetti I could not even eat all of it it was so delicious I'm saying I can eat two or three days it was so wonderful nice and warm and hot it was delicious they were so wonderful and kind to me and warm the workers were I was very pleased I will be back
