The front of the restaurant on Argyle Street may be understated, but the interior is quite pleasant with a conservative and classic decor that complements the menu and service well. The menu is extensive and features a great wine selection. The dishes are beautifully presented and well cooked, with a delightful mix of flavors and textures that evoked memories of dining in Florence. The service is attentive yet not intrusive, catering perfectly to my preference to focus solely on my companion. I highly recommend trying the steak Diane.
The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was outstanding. We ordered minestrone soup and veal, both of which were delicious. The presentation was very elegant, with napkins folded over us and side dishes served on a separate plate alongside our main dish. The waitstaff were very professional, although the atmosphere may not be suitable for those seeking a more relaxed dining experience. Overall, we would rate our experience a perfect 100%.
It was my first time in Piccolo mondos ,the staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we set foot in the door, we had the celebrations dinner for a party of three , we were booked in for 2 hours but ended up staying for 3 1/2 hours . The food and drinks were delicious with plenty of time between courses for good conversation. I will definitely be back and would recommend Piccolo Mondos to everyone
This charming and long-standing restaurant is always bustling, so be sure to make a reservation. They offer a fairly diverse menu with options for both lunch and dinner, including 2-3 course meal deals. The portions are generous, although my main dish (pork stroganoff) was not particularly outstanding. However, the other dishes we tried were all delicious. I would recommend this restaurant!

I love this place. Every time I go to Glagow I make it a point to hit Piccola Mondo's. Excellent Pate! I have never had a dish that disappointed!
