Piccolo Paese - Reservar una mesa

What a wonderful dinner my wife and I had in Piccolo Paese on Friday night. We had a reservation for 5:15, but really did not need them at that time. The restaurant has a warm, simplified furnishings, but it is also very picturesque and welcoming. Our servers (Edith and Lily) were wonderful and were over everything. They started bringing us water with a bowl of warm bread and a very tasteful olive oil. For an appetizer we share a sequence of mussels oreganata and then I had Linguini Puttanesca, and my wife the Tortellini Gratin. Both dishes were large portions and extremely delicious! The food was perfect service. I love how I didn't feel rushed, the service was perfectly attentive without rushing. I like to take my time for dinner. The calf piccata was delicious. Fabulous time.

we went on a Saturday night and it was quite quiet for an august. the service was very attentive and eating fresh.
