Pickles And Bones Barbecue

My husband and I ate here yesterday for the first time after such good things and it was AMAZING!! We are a kind of foodie snobs and that was a legit... lick your record well. He had the Brisket sandwich and the Mac and I had the pulled pork plate with Coleslaw and Bourbon sweet potatoes. The sauces were all fresh and so delicious (sweet, spicy, mustard and hot sauce all fabulous! and I never like sweet pimples, but their sweet and spicy pimples were the bomb with their pig. You have to try! We will definitely be back!!

I grew up in Texas and rarely found restaurants in this area that know how to make brisket, or grill for this matter. This! Very delicate bride, and the sides were also delicious. The only thing that was missing was the taste of the grill sauces, but that's okay, because everyone is different when it comes to their sauce preferences. Friendly staff and cozy waiting area. I highly recommend it.

I used Pickles and Bones to offer a fundraiser for 125 people. The price was great, food was amazing and the owners were wonderful to work. I have tons of compliments about the food. The Brisket, Coleslaw, Mac and Cheese and Pickles were the big winners. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a catererer.

Best BBQ we've ever eaten! The bride is amazing, along with the rib tips and chicken. Hoe cakes are a must. Also homemade pimples were such a great addition to the food. Great service. Will definitely be back for more!

Hands down THE best bbq I've ever eaten, besides my own of course. I stop there quite often, the food and the service is always excellent.
