Absolutely Fantastic! I truly loved eating Piedras Calientes (Hot Stones) Bistro! Pulling into a small rather crowded parking lot which sits at the center of a shared strip mall and office environment, I was immediately impressed when I noticed an open parking spot prominently labeled “Reserved For Bistro Customers”. Entering the restaurant, I was greeted with smiles by an attentive and friendly staff, stationed behind a counter with a rather large sign like menu situated above them. The food was exceptional, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable. A wonderful dining experience overall!

For takeout dinner, I’d rate the food a perfect 5, the service at 4, and the atmosphere at 3. I highly recommend the Sofritas Nachos, Taco, Chipotle-Lime Shrimp Burrito Bowl, Chicken and Steak Tacos, Carne Asada, and Guacamole. Parking is plentiful, and there’s a free parking lot available. "Absolutely the best food in town! I ordered takeout for dinner, and it was fantastic. The price per person was around $20–30. I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5, the service also deserves a 5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive at a 5. Highly recommend!"
