I highly recommend the bone-in chicken wings! We also ordered the cauliflower crust pizza for the first time and the whole meal was delicious. The pizza crust was really good actually. The wings were a great compliment to the pizza too. They have a nice sauce station that lets you choose 6 different sauces to eat with you wings. Dillon was very welcoming when we arrived and helpful to suggest we try the wings. I loved how the kitchen has a sign that says “research and development”, very clever.

I won’t be returning to this restaurant. Every table was dirty, and the service was terrible. They were out of essential ingredients like bacon and sausage. The staff didn’t use pans when placing the pizza in the oven, which left our hands covered in soot from handling it. The pizza itself came out uneven and wasn’t cut properly.

I love pieology! There food and the environment is great. I always get extra cheese and chicken at no cost. This time I tried her new thicker crust and it was good, but if I had to choose between the new or traditional crust, I would go for traditional. The thick crust is definitely worth a fatigue if you didn't try it.

The best pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love pieology since 2012, only wish more coupons so that I can eat pizza every day
