Well, things changed, and so I had to change my review. Something just not clicking, pizza, not what it used to be. Let me not be vague. I ordered Artichoke on my pizza. I got 2 pieces, such little cheese on the pizza, honestly thought they forgot it. If you are ordering the pizza, you should be able to see the person and not have them looking through their hair. I understand the new metal tray to keep the toppings the correct temp. But now you can't see how they are making it or ask for extra. If I am asking for extra, I don't mind paying for it. It was my first time there. The pizza pie was delicious. Unfortunately the workers there had acted like they didn't want to help me. But after about 3 minutes I was helped. They were doing nothing. Since they didn't come up to the counter I thought the one who made my pie was going on break. But she finally came up. I let it go. Upon watching how things went after no one else had to wait,just me. It was odd. Maybe I'll visit the Vacaville location next time.

When it's good, it's really good. However, when it's bad, it's not great. The pizzas are amazing when cooked properly, but they are often undercooked with raw and soggy dough in the middle. Make sure to check your pizza before leaving and be willing to wait for it to be done correctly. The customer service has declined, but they still manage to get the job done, I suppose.

I had an incredible experience dining at Pieology for the first time! The staff was welcoming and fun, and the food was absolutely delicious. We created our own thin crust pizzas with toppings like Hot Honey, which was a game changer. My partner and I loved our meal so much that we returned the next day for breakfast. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The person who made my pizza did an incredible job, it was truly the best pizza I've ever had. He was also very nice. I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shout out. Overall, it's a great place to eat with friendly staff and a clean environment.

We thought that pizza was excellent. It's a thin crust, unlimited toppings, crispy pizza. We will be back. Ordered, eaten and done in 12 minutes at only $8.64. 11.5' pizza. 2 people could get away with one except on a typical day I might eat 1 to myself.

This restaurant is fantastic for dining. I appreciate being able to choose my toppings at no additional cost. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the restaurant decor, particularly the scriptures displayed on the walls.

Unlimited toppings in a Chipotle style ordering system. The result was a fresh baked yummy personal pizza. This is a gamechanger in my book.
