My wife and I have dined at this restaurant several times, and our experiences have been decent until recently. In early January, we went there specifically for pizza, but everything went wrong. The pizza dough wouldn’t form a proper pie shape, and they burnt our pizza. After we complained, they offered to make us another one, but that one was burned as well. To make matters worse, the soda machine was out of order, there were no napkins available, and the garbage cans were overflowing. It would be almost laughable if it weren't so disappointing. I reached out twice via email—once to corporate and once to Tammy—but received no response.
I absolutely love dining here! They offer Daiya vegan cheese, which allowed me to enjoy a freshly baked pizza with cheese for the first time in seven years! Despite living 20 miles away, this is my favorite pizza spot. By the way, Pieology, please take note and open a location in Hurricane—I’m really hoping you do! The restaurant has both indoor and patio seating, provides online ordering (though unfortunately not for those of us who want Daiya cheese), and has a rewards program as well.
Very Gluten and dairy free friendly, I was impressed. I got the gluten free pizza crust with dairy free cheese. The employee who made my pizza was very aware of cross contamination. Made mine first, changed gloves, told me a toping I asked for had traces of gluten in it. They cooked the pizza on a rack so it doesn't touch the bottom of the stove. The pizza was very good! One of my favorite GF crusts so far, not to crispy.
I ordered online for curbside pickup an hour in advance and called when I arrived at my scheduled time. I was told it would be 5—10 minutes. I finally went in after 20, and ended up waiting another 25 minutes while my hungry grandchildren waited 45 minutes at home. They gave me a coupon for a free pizza, but I don’t think I’ll order again from here.

They don't prioritize the people in front of them. We weren't even greeted until 10 minutes worth of making online orders. It was really frustrating to wait in line and then wait again because they didn't help us until after they made several pizzas. Food was awesome, but it wasn't worth the wait and rude girls that help us.
I went in a couple days ago with my kids. The manager (i believe the nametag was kris) seemed very unorganized and all over the place. The two kids were more organized and put together. The pizza was undercooked and my kids said theirs tasted sour. Pieology needs to get it together, I don’t recommend it
Finally tried out Pieology and the pizza tasted amazing! Also loved the Ooey Gooey Cheesy Garlic Bread. Hopefully they’ll open a location in Northern Utah someday.
This remains my favorite place to create my own pizza. The toppings are fresh and tasty, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I absolutely love it!
