In the competitive world of Quick Custom Pizza, Pieology may be the newest addition in our area, but it certainly holds its own. My personal pizza and I both found that while the pizzas were excellent, they didn't quite stand out from the crowd. Pieology offers a variety of crust options, including a unique floral charcoal crust and a gluten-free choice, along with top-notch pepperoni. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive during the lunch rush. I plan to return to explore more of their menu. You should definitely give it a try!
We visited the week of opening. They clearly had some growing pains, and I hope they get the staff trained, because the location seemed nice. The restaurant has a good concept similar to Blaze. Choose one of their pizzas, or make your own creation. I really liked their dough recipe. Not too thin or thick, and great chew! Pizzas are ample sized, a little larger than what I 'd call personal sized, so could feed 1-2 each depending on how big of an eater you are. Prices were a good value in my opinion. I 'd go back!
This was my first visit, and I would describe it as a cozy, private pizza place. The staff was incredibly friendly. Orders are prepared right in front of you, adding a personal touch. The dining area is spacious and bright, although it can be a bit noisy because of the open two-story ceilings and communal layout. They offer artisan lemonades, teas, and unique botanical fusions with Coke products.
Excellent customer service and even better pizza! The restaurant is clean and has plenty of tables for larger groups. However, they don’t have milk or gluten-free options available. They serve Coke products and a variety of lemonades. The terrace is gorgeous, and they even offer a military discount, which is a nice touch. Awesome pizza! Love that you can choose as many toppings as you want! The place is clean and the employees are pleasant and answered questions. They have vegan daiya cheese and vegan meats too! My only complaint is that the only vegan crust is the gluten free... the edges get super hard after they bake it. Give me a thick crust vegan friendly crust and I'll be here daily!
Yum! First time stopping here and we were very impressed! Awesome price and delicious! Love creating my own pizza. I’m even more excited that I had enough for leftovers so I can enjoy it again tomorrow. The acknowledgment for first responders is also very much appreciated. Will return again!
