I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I took my daughter here for her birthday, and both the food and the staff were outstanding. In my opinion, the prices were reasonable considering the fantastic taste and quality of the food. I really enjoyed that you can build your own pizza, so you can only blame yourself if it doesn't turn out right—LOL! I will definitely return to this establishment because of their great selection and friendly service. Keep up the excellent work, team!

The pizza and the service here are top notch. The ingredients are fresh and plentiful and the ovens are constantly churning out every pizza creation you van think of. The line moves fairly quickly even when it gets crowded. I recommend signing up for the mobile app as you can earn points towards free item. Today I redeemed a free side salad. They also deliver using the major food delivery services available. I love coming here before catching a movie at the AMC across the street.

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, helpful, and efficient the staff at this restaurant are. They automatically split a pizza for you if you order a half-and-half, which makes sharing really easy. I also lost an earring while I was there, and everyone—staff and fellow customers alike—was genuinely concerned and eager to help me find it. Thank you to the wonderful people of Puente Hills! I will definitely return, and I hope someone finds my earring too!

The selection of fresh toppings is quite impressive, and I appreciate that you can choose as many as you like for your pizza. However, the cost can add up quickly if you opt for anything other than the thin crust. Additionally, I wish their online menu of signature pizzas was also displayed in-store to make ordering easier. I didn't realize that almost all the dough contained eggs, which is something for vegans and vegetarians to keep in mind! The service felt a bit rushed, even though there was no one else in line, but overall it was great! I enjoyed reading the quote wall while waiting for our pizza!

Update: I’ve realized that it’s the cheese. They use a mozzarella with a high water content, and if you request extra cheese, the pizza tends to get soggy when it cools. Update: It seems they’ve switched to the right kind of cheese now, as the pie didn’t get soggy this time.
