I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant! It was incredibly dirty during my visit on a Friday afternoon. The employees at the counter seemed completely unaware of the menu. One of them didn't even know if stuffed crust was an option. It took them 15 minutes to put my pizza together because they kept checking which toppings belonged on each pizza, and even then, they got it wrong. When I requested a fork, one of the staff members replied that he didn't know where they were. How is that an acceptable response? You work here; you should have that knowledge, and if you don’t, you should be able to find out. I won't be coming back again.
It's amusing to see so many people leaving reviews complaining that their pizza had hardly anything on it. Honestly, that's on them. The whole concept of this restaurant is to create your own pizza. Just let them know what you want, and they'll make it for you! After discovering the build-your-own pizza trend, I've completely moved away from traditional pizzerias. Pieology is easily the best, especially this location. The staff is exceptionally friendly, always willing to help, and they consistently greet you with smiles. My pizzas always come out perfect. The manager, Melissa, is fantastic. I highly recommend this location over any others!
My husband and I stopped by this Pieology location for a quick meal. Unfortunately, the place was not very clean, and there were only two employees working—one of whom was only on her second day. We waited patiently in line, and while the new hire was very friendly, it was clear she was having difficulty completing our order. We understood her struggles, but when we finally received our pizza, it was overcooked and lacked flavor. We couldn’t even finish it.
This restaurant is like the subway of pizzas. I'm giving it 5 stars because the customer service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the food was good. Of course, it's not going to compare to the best pizza you've ever had since it's a quick-service spot where you choose your toppings from a line. However, it's definitely a solid option for fast food pizza.

The pizza quality relative to its price and the speed of service is fantastic. The toppings are top-notch, and there's a variety of crust options available, including choices for gluten-free customers. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
In my opinion, Pieology offers the best pizza around. The staff is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and you have the freedom to customize your own personal pizza with any toppings you desire. I highly recommend it!

The best pizza in town! While the customer service could use some improvement at times, I've noticed that many kids these days can be lazy and impolite.
