This is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a light snack while shopping at Birkenhead Point. The coffee was decent, although I still find it confusing that the regular and large sizes seem to be quite similar in size (regular cup is short and round, while the large cup is tall and skinny). The service was good.

It's been 5 years since I visited. I have neither forgotten nor forgiven the disgraceful service, attitude, and treatment by the staff of this venue. I wonder if anything has improved? Having previously worked in the industry for 20 odd years, this still is the worst experience I've ever been part of.

Went there earlier today Waiting for food to long Service was bad, tall curly hair lady was so rude talk to customer with scary eyes and she stand talk to other customer for 15 min talking and let the other lady running around by her self. Not profesional , will not go back

The food was excellent and the service was great. This was the best lunch I've had in a long time. There was a great selection of choices and the coffee was excellent.
