Called by in the morning to reserve a table, and particularly asked if we could have a larger table even though we were two people, because OH is 2 metres tall and his legs don't fit under a tiny 50cm x 50cm one. When we arrived that evening we were shown to a very small table by an unsmiling waiter. Disappointing. There was a trainee waiter who was having a bad evening, and the body language and tellings off he received from the head waiter made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The food was good all that pretty stuff and fancy textures are quite the norm nowadays, but we didn't feel the prices were really justified by the overall experience which lacked the confident customer care of other plac...
At the corner of the smallest and picturesque alley of Troyes, right next to a very nice public garden, the restaurant Pierre et Clément (ex La Mignardise is and remains in my opinion one of the best restaurants in Troyes. Excellent kitchen, attentive and pleasant service, elegant decorations, bright daylight, small terrace too cute summer ... A pleasant and serene place where to enjoy a high quality cuisine. Dinner in a courtyard setting, on an overnight stop in Troyes. Food is magnificent and no signs of slow or poor service. In fact the service was a good pace and efficiently executed. Butternut squash ravioli with truffle infusion was refined with wafer thin pasta. Followed up with the scallops with risotto, beautifully presented and nicely cooked scallops.
excellent restaurant between bistrot and fresh gourmet products and makes an excellent home menu of the most gourmet dishes of the menu are excellent with my preference for the cocoon egg with foie gras cream with a black truffle take and cocoon pigeon, foie gras and stuffed cabbage truffle juice or forget the chiboust salad with citrus fruit in dessert

You can get real vegetarian food at this lovely restaurant- meaning a whole range of actual vegetables prepared deliciously. Unfortunately they don’t offer a special vegetarian menu which they should as it seems a bit unfair not to get a price reduction because you’re not eating meat!
Definitely recommend this restaurant. We had a nice meal, wine selection is very elaborate (and are very marked in my opinion) and service was fast and attentive. I was particularly surprised by the starter of aubergine ravioli-smoky ravioli in a thin, delicate dough.
Pierre Clément was able to give a soul to this place revisited in a beautiful way: a vast space combining contemporary with traditional champagne. As for the plate she is always tasteful (5 visits since June), served by young friends.
the card attracted us both by its originality and the products offered. beautiful establishment with beautiful atmosphere and refined cuisine.

Refined and refined New Year meal! We had a good time. I highly recommend this restaurant.
