Honestly, I was a bit sad this time, I love this restaurant and come here all the time, this is the second time i was surprised to have live music the music as it is a bit out of place in such a small restaurant, The singing and music is fine but it is way too loud, you really should not have someone with an amplifier playing next to tables. Great food and wine options but the service was horrible. We asked to try a wine and were met with glares of disgust and disbelief. Then, in ordering, the server was not friendly or helpful with our decision making or in taking our order. Then, the live music came. The person chose music that absolutely did not fit the vibe (Mrs. Robinson) and was SO loud. Our table of two and the four next to us asked the servers to lower the volume and they brushed us off, dismissed us, and just told us we could move if we wanted. pierre loti was closed on Saturday 25 May. I wanted to celebrate my friend's birthday and had reserved 12:30 et by the open table. when we arrived, it was quite surprising and disappointing to see that the restaurant was closed even though I had received a booking confirmation by email. there was no announcement of opentable or pierre loti about it. we had to change our plans last minute after arrival in the restaurant. @opentable please remove this restaurant from their booking system when it is closed.
we had a great lunch here. altho I made a res on open table for lunch, this location does not open until 3:00! the kitchen manager? was there cordially invited to stay! they made us a great lunch were so beautiful, even tho they really were not open! good eating, service. beautiful people!

Pierre Loti Chelsea was not opened at 1pm for the time of my reservation on Saturday. They did not open until 4pm that day. The restaurants website shows that they would open at 11am on Saturdays. Pierre Loti Chelsea needs to update their website and reservation time options on Open Table.
