In total we were seven adults and two children when we dined at this restaurant which is a family favourite. However on this occasion, it failed to meet with excellence. The rump steaks were tough, one had to be returned as it was too under-done having been requested well-done, I.e. no blood. Strangely it was also served with a great deal of gravy as standard, with the menu description being grilled rump steak with options of fried onions and mushrooms. My particular meal was with bratkartoffel (fried potatoes) which were also swimming in gravy, not appetising to say the least. The side salads made up for the disappointment with the meat, the dressing being the tastiest eaten in a long time....

My wife and I were at this restaurant last September . We ate a delicious lasagna and a pizza also very well prepared . We enjoyed some drinks quite interesting. The Aperol Spritz was the best we tasted in Germany . As is common in Italian restaurants the place is very nice. There is a lounge for smokers and the owner is a very friendly person . We had good experiences with Italian restaurants in Germany . This was surely one more . We recommend this restaurant as a good option for families , couples or friends who want to do a happy hour . They also have a salon to organize events .
