I lived 8 years ago in hobart and was happy to come back this summer and see some old favorites again. pigeon hole bakery was up on my list. everything is as wonderful as ever. amazing brot before place baked, excellent coffee, super friendly staff. was then and is still the best caffe in hobart!

Lovely local cafe with incredibly fresh and delicious produce. Arrived about an hour before closing time and the team very kindly whipped up a baguette for me that was not on the menu. Delicious food, warm and inviting decor and wonderful service. Will definitely be back next time I am in Hobart
