We had appealed to them for our father's 60-year-olds, it had to be a surprise that was ruined! We will never thank you for that, since we have simply never been delivered... What a shame! Your status as Best Worker of France or Manager of this institution does not release you from taking your responsibilities. Three weeks have elapsed, we have not had any excuses on your part, nor any compensation for the non-respect of the benefits ordered.
