This place is pretty chaotic. Trucks struggle to enter and exit, with a long line stretching through the parking lot and onto the road waiting for fuel. Every parking spot is taken, and since they require backing in, it’s tough to maneuver. Anyone trying to park ends up blocking the diesel pumps for several minutes. Turning left to get back onto the interstate is nearly impossible. The entrance and exit are tight and confusing. No disrespect to the staff—they’re doing their best—but the area is cramped, busy, and uncomfortable for trucks. I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. The store manager knocked on my door three times throughout the night during two different shifts, asking me to move my vehicle. This was despite the day shift manager having come outside earlier and pointed out that the spot I was in was available for parking. When I looked around the lot at 3 AM, there were many other trucks parked in no-parking zones. The situation got even more unsettling when I woke up to find the manager climbing up my steps and trying to peek into my window. It felt very shady, and I will never return to this establishment again.

The restaurant is clean, but keep in mind that it is quite small. While this might not be a problem during the day, it becomes a different story in the afternoon. The line to enter was so long that it blocked people from leaving the fuel island, since the entrance is located directly in front of the exit.

Pilot Travel Center is a convenient place to refuel and grab a quick snack or drink. Their menu features a good variety of food and other items to choose from. The staff at checkout were friendly and efficient, and the restrooms were reasonably clean. Reserva una mesa ahora
