At Pilot Travel Center, the entire staff is very professional, but one employee, Mr. Travis, truly stands out. He is exceptionally genuine and patient, always going above and beyond to assist truck drivers, especially when we're in a hurry to use the showers. He even makes sure we get our preferred shower stalls. Along with his outstanding service, the menu offers a good variety to keep travelers satisfied.
The shower at Pilot Travel Center is quite disappointing. The water temperature keeps changing every 20 seconds, and the water pressure is very weak, more like a gentle drizzle. With only two young women running the store, it’s clear this place needs significant improvements and more careful management.
The place has really gone downhill since around 2012 when the head maintenance guy left. It has definitely fallen apart since then. I would definitely recommend seeing if they can bring him back.
The fuel island layout is poorly planned, causing long lines of trucks that frequently spill onto Highway 315. This truck stop was far better when it was the Skyliner Diner. Reserva una mesa ahora
