probably the best take-out/delivery sushi in astoria. the fish always tastes great, although with certain dishes they can go overboard with the crunchy topping. i especially enjoy the jalapeño-yellowtail sashimi starter with ponzu sauce. i know recently there has been a big gluten free push by the restaurant and would recommend trying it to those with celiac
Pink Nori is amazing Truly. Their vegan options are delicious- I get the same thing every time- avocado rolls and asparagus rolls, with the vegetable tempura and sweet potato tempura appetizers. Man. Sooooo good! The service is great and the ambiance is beautiful. I love Pink Nori and I'm so glad my girlfriend put me on to them. I can't wait to go back!!!
While the sushi is always fresh, the preparation is somewhat inconsistent. Some days the sushi is tender, other days, not so much. Portions are slightly smaller than competitors around the area, but the quality makes up for it. The standards here in terms of freshness is one of the best in the area.Food: 5/5
Excellent sushi ...... many great creative choices of sushi rolls. Establishment is clean. Atmosphere is happy colorful. Sushi was very fresh delicious . Service was excellent. This is my favorite sushi restaurant in the area. I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday there a few months ago. I often order sushi from this place because of their excellent service and consistent quality. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Great service! They have a big menu and variety of rolls, including some gluten free options. The salmon miso soup, shrimp cucumber roll and mochi dessert were fine. I don't recommend the tuna rolls and the fried cheesecake. The restaurant smelled fishy.
The service at this restaurant is top notch, Hanna always takes care of us and she's amazing. I've had sushi at many places but the sushi at Pink Nori is the best. I highly recommend trying their special Pink Nori roll.
