By far the worst Pinkberry location I?ve ever been to. Not because of the employee who helped us, she was actually trying to be very nice about everything. But instead it?s because of the greedy owners of this branch. They don?t participate in the Pinkberry reward system, they don?t have their restrooms open, their actual yogurt cups and sizes are a 1.25$ more than any other Pinkberry location and their actual yogurt cups aren?t even the pinkberry cups! They?re random cups without the pinkberry logo, like they?re too cheap to use brand ones. This is my favorite place! I make a 30-minute journey just to visit this Pinkberry location. The staff is incredibly nice and easy to chat with, the place is always spotless, and the frozen yogurt toppings are exceptional! Delicious!

The server agreed to give an empty cup on the side, but the chinese woman manager refused and had to charge extra.
Best tasting frozen yogurt, and the lady serving me was eager to give me as many strawberries as she could
I stopped by for a little indulgence while waiting for my appointment, and I was amazed by the prices!
Original is my favorite with almond toppings. Place is nice in old town monrovia
