Un acquazzone ci convince a cenare nel ristorante dell’albergo dove alloggiamo, con la speranza di trovare cibi di qualità similare a quella della prima colazione.Il servizio è curato; il tavolo ampio è ben apparecchiato; una candela accesa dà un tono intimo; un’orchidea bianca decora il davanzale della finestra.Io prendo un grillteller: le carni sono discrete, ma il manzo non è morbido come me l’aspettavo e le verdure non sono grigliate a dovere.Mia moglie sceglie una wienerschnitzel di maiale: tenera, non unta, ma con qualche bruciacchiatura di troppo.Finiamo con una buona macedonia di frutta fresca con gelato.Complessivamente una cena discreta, ma francamente mi aspettavo di meglio.Prezzi...

Sehr gemütliches und preiswertes Restaurant. Vielfältige Speisekarte, die jedem etwas bietet. Bei einem Besuch hatte die Küche leider ein Koordinationsproblem. Zwei Gerichte wurden zum Teil mit grosser Verspätung serviert. Die Entschuldigung fiel leider nur halbherzig aus. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

our family wanted to taste a typical local (bundner) so we located this nice, arranged restaurant, centrally located. the local kitchen was excellent, as well as the service, prices were O.K for the quality of the food they receive. one of the best restaurants.
