Pinocchio's - Reserva de mesa

Have dined here for many years and always been satisfied with the prices and quality and quantity of food until now. My Fegatini starter was about half the amount from maybe a couple of months ago. The main course again was a smaller portion. The chocolate fudge cake portion was approx. a barely half inch thick slice which had been microwaved too long. A complaint was met with barely an apology. I know times are difficult and prices have to increase but to reduce the portion sizes at the same time is uncalled for. As a result I won't be returning soon. Don't take your customers for granted or like me you might not see them again for a while or possibly never.

Been before and the food was nice, and good range of vegetarian options. This time was a massive let down and only 2 vegetarian options beyond pizza vegetarian lasagne and spinach ricotta pasta. Options I was used to having to choose from in restaurants in the 80s, not in 2022. Food came extremely quickly, was really bland and unevenly heated. Cheese on the pizza was congealed but base was burnt. I really don't appreciate being served pub chain level reheated food at freshly cooked restaurant prices. Will not be returning again.

Came to celebrate a graduation but the drinks prices left a bad taste My daughter ordered two pink gins and lemonade through the meal I was astonished to be charged £28 i could have bought two bottles of the stuff in my local supermarket. Probably wont be returning unless we are doing dry January Even Pinocchio couldn't lie about this one be reasonable on your drinks pricing!

Couldn’t fault the food at all. They was the best wings I’ve ever had, bursting with flavour and just a delight to eat. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming upon arrival and always made sure you was happy throughout your time dining with them. Relatively expensive but worth every single penny. It’s our go to favourite restaurant. Overall 10/10 Reserva una mesa ahora

Just returned from a meal with a friend. She had the steak Diane and I had pasta. Both generous portions and tasty. Nice pinot grigio too. Not cheap..£9 for a large glass of wine and nearly £14 for a plate of pasta.....do we blame the Russians? Who knows. Anyway a nice treat with good service.

Visited Pinocchios for the first time in some 20 years. Turned up very early and was warmly welcomed. Very impressed with the staff and my meal. Chose an expensive wine which was properly decanted. Had a very enjoyable evening and would strongly recommend a visit if you are in the area

Second visit to this fantastic restaurant and it didn’t disappoint! Airy and aromatic with good service and large variety of food and drink. Noisy at times due to wooden floors( and a very large noisy table) but everything else great ! Will definitely return !

Warm welcome and friendly staff, who were attentive but not intrusive. Wide choice of dishes on the lunchtime menu and we enjoyed our pasta. Lovely crème brûlée and tiramisu for dessert then coffee. We didn’t feel hurried at all. Reserva una mesa ahora

We love coming to this restaurant. Consistently high quality of food and service. The staff are always welcoming. We have been coming here for many many years and cannot find fault with it.

Brilliant food, service and atmosphere. Table for 2, Sat 04/06. Reasonable priced and everything we ate was delicious.
