Pirate Life Brewing

I spent a couple of hours at Pirate Life after visiting the local aviation museum in March 2022. It was a great opportunity to sample some local brews in Port Adelaide. The beers were flavorful, and the atmosphere was delightful, enhanced by some fantastic art pieces and paintings that I really appreciated. A fun bonus for the guys is the small barber shop located just inside, where they could get a haircut or beard trim while enjoying a beer—a perfect excuse for some downtime. They also offered a wide range of merchandise, including some quite pricey skateboards. Epic feel and atmosphere, Absolutely awesome customer service, those guys and gals are great folks, very friendly, beers are out of this world, food was extremely tasty, hot and fresh, overall kid in a lollie shop kinda experience, didn't know which beer to pick, had a few, the breakfast imperial stout was my fave, just wish I could have left with a 4pk for later, was sold out, no wonder, went with their blackcurrant blackberry imperial stout which is on par with the breakfast. Just a great night for my 27th birthday, left feeling like I wanted to stay to try the rest of their beers, thank you, Pirate Life for making my birthday.

Super impressed with this place. Came here after being a fan of their limited run beers. I live in the Adelaide Hills so it’s not the closest place to come however, I’ve been twice in the past month Really impressed with the service and the professionalism of the staff. Top notch all the way. The meals are also really fantastic. However if I had a critique it would be to offer more gluten free, or dairy free options. That being said, staff were happy to improvise which is great. The addition of the in house barber is and I got the best beard trim I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys

After eight years of hearing about this highly recommended brewery, I finally decided to check it out, and it was absolutely worth the wait! From the moment we walked in, everything felt just right, and we quickly got comfortable. We attended a fantastic CLUB FLIGHT performance, and every performer did an amazing job despite the chilly weather. We enjoyed every minute of the show! Each performance was paired with a beer, and while not every beer was to my taste, I'm definitely eager to explore more of the fruity options. I can't wait to come back soon! Reserva una mesa ahora

I just finished an excellent brewery tour with Sam. It was a personal experience for just me and a cucumber, which made it even more special. We had the opportunity to taste from several fermentation tanks, as well as enjoy some drinks at the bar. Sam was a fantastic guide, and I would definitely recommend both the tour and the beer!

As a brewer myself I've discovered this hidden gem. This place serves REAL beers. Especially IIPA, complex hops profile, with a nice body. I'll love to arrange for a visit of the brewing gears. Tough to beat this one, makes all other beers taste like horse's pee.
